What we collect

Your business name, website, what you do, your town and your email. If you subscribe, Stripe handles your card. We never see or store card details.

Why

To run your check, email you the results, send your monthly reports, and occasionally tell you how to improve your result. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Who else sees it

Only the services that make this work: DataForSEO (asks the AI tools your questions), Stripe (payments), Resend (email), Upstash and Vercel (hosting and storage), and Anthropic (writes the fixes in your report). We never sell your data.

How long we keep it

Free check results for up to 12 months. Subscriber data for as long as you subscribe, plus what the law requires for accounts.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time. Email hello@getfoundinai.co.uk. You can also complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk).
